PRESENTATION OF THE BAM
The Crous de Bourgogne Franche-Comté wishes to offer the same quality of service to all students in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. The 3 main sites are located in Dijon, Besançon and Belfort-Montbéliard.
The objective of the BAM is to offer students a range of services in one place in order to support them in their new student life, to facilitate their administrative procedures and to allow them to invest serenely in their studies, once discharged from paperwork.
The BAM is carried out in partnership on the territory of Franche-Comté with the University of Franche Comté, and also benefits from the support of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. It not only brings together the services of the CROUS and the University, but also the contacts with which the students will have to deal once they arrive in their new place of residence.

Welcome national students in September by offering them a range of services directly linked to their new student life in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté: access to CROUS services (accommodation, scholarship, catering, campus life) but also to partners that they must ask upon their arrival in Franche Comté: UFC, CAF, transport companies, bank / insurance,
CPAM, etc.
Special welcome dedicated to international students : city tour, presence of an English-speaking host, support in administrative procedures….
Activities offered by the “Campus Life” department , in order to introduce students to the campus and CROUS services.
The BAM will be open:
Besancon:
From September 19, 2021 to October 22, 2021:
- Tuesdays at Resto U 'Lumière from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
- Thursdays at the MDE (Maison des Étudiants), from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- By appointment only at the UFC International Relations Department
Belfort:
From September 19 to October 22, 2021:
- Tuesdays at the “Résidence Duvillard”, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- Possibility to set up a telephone meeting with the UFC's international relations department
Montbeliard:
From September 23 to October 22, 2021:
- Thursdays in the lobby of Resto U 'des Portes du Jura, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
